Join a team that turns "leaving no one behind" into a ledger we're accountable to, every day.
Every role connects to a real child, teacher, or family — not abstract metrics.
We invest in staff capacity building the same way we invest in the communities we serve.
Compassion, teamwork, and shared responsibility — not just values on a wall.
Opportunities across Western, Eastern, Central, and Northern Uganda.
LPF welcomes interns across education, health, monitoring & evaluation, communications, and administration. Internships typically run 8–12 weeks and place you directly alongside the teams delivering our seven program areas — not filing paperwork on the sidelines.
Open to university students and recent graduates, particularly those studying education, social work, public health, or international development.
Tell us your area of study and when you're available — we review applications on a rolling basis.
